SHIPPING

Orders placed on perfectwhitetee.com are processed Monday-Friday 8am to 3pm PST (excluding major holidays) and are shipped within 4-5 business days from when the order is placed, pending payment authorization and verification. perfectwhitetee ships to all 50 states offering both a Standard and Express service.

Once a "delivered" notice has been sent from perfectwhitetee, it is the customers responsiblilty to locate the package.

Is it easy to return items?

Absolutely! Once your return has been authorized inititated, you will receive simple step-by-step instructions and a shipping label via email. Please note we deduct $10 for the cost of the return shipping label from your total return.

Please include your packing slip in your return. Packages returned without this may cause a delay in the return process.

How soon will I get my refund?

We want to make this as simple as possible. Once your return items are received by our perfectwhitetee staff, a refund is typically issued in about 10 business days.

What items are returnable?

We will gladly accept unworn and unwashed items purchased in the last 14 days. Please make sure that items still have original tags and in their original packaging.

What items are non-refundable / exchangeable?

Sale items are marked as not refundable and are not eligible for returns (ie. gift cards, gifts with purchase).
