2025 holiday shipping cut off date:
ground shipping + two day shipping: please order by december 15th at 10 am pst to receive by december 24th. 

processing & shipping times
all orders head out the next business day. business days are monday through friday, excluding major holidays. during holidays or sale periods, processing times may be longer. 

shipping services
we offer free shipping on domestic orders over $200. at this time, international orders are not eligible for free shipping.

domestic shipping services include ground and express.

  • please note: we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
  • orders placed with express shipping on a friday will be shipped out next business day. there is no weekend delivery.

we do offer international shipping with dhl.

lost packages
a package is considered “lost” if tracking does not show “delivered.”

  • claims can be filed if it’s been more than 7 days without an update (20 days for international shipments).
  • claims must be filed within 30 days from the last tracking update.

damaged packages
if your order arrives damaged (e.g., box is torn, wet, or items are unusable), you may file a claim immediately.

  • please include photos of the packaging and items.
  • damaged package claims must be filed within 15 days from the delivery date.
