how long do I have to make my return or exchange?

we accept returns & exchanges within 45 days of the ship date on most purchases. please note, shipping fees from the original order are not refundable unless you received a damaged or incorrect item.

 

what is redo?

selecting redo unlimited returns & exchanges for $1.98 at checkout allows unlimited returns and exchanges for each order. this is a perfect way to get a discounted rate for return/exchanges in case you find your item is not quite perfect. you can unselect this service in your cart. this option can not be refunded.

 

if I don't select redo is my return or exchange free?

unfortunately we do not cover shipping for any return or exchange. typical charges we see range from $8 -$14.

 

what is returnable and what is final sale?

merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached. please include the original order packing slip in your return package, if possible. final sale items are marked “final sale” on each product page, email or checkout. final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

do you honor price adjustments for orders placed before sale?

no, we do not honor price adjustments.

 

how soon will I get my refund?

once we receive your return in our warehouse, allow 7-10 business days for the return to be processed and refunded. refunds normally take 3-5 days to post back to your account. we’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund, so you know it’s on the way.

please only send returns using our pre-paid return labels/ qr code so that we can track your stuff. as much as we’d want to, our system cannot refund a lost return that was sent using a method other than our return labels.

 

what is excluded on discounts? 

as of right now, denim, accessories & stickers are excluded from all discounts.  

 

do we offer international returns?

we currently do not offer international returns.

100% premium soft cotton 280 gsm –I would argue mid weight fleece? Fabric name: superfluff lux fleece We custom milled this 3 end fleece and it is perfection if we do say so ourselves. The jersey side uses super fine and super soft 40/1 ring spun cotton and the back fluff-almost marshmallow like is knit with 6/1 rings spun cotton-double brushed, triple washed and sprinkled w added enzyme so from the day you get your hand on it -it already feels like it’s been washed 100 times-the perfect vintage fleece-but new and made just for you.
