I grabbed this for my husband on a whim. I love my shirts, but he and I usually don't like the same fabrics (who hates slub?!?). I decided that he should like the quility of the fabric, so gave it a try. Initially, it looked a bit too roomy out of the box, but it looked amazing on. It's not even 3 weeks old yet and he's worn it at least 2x each week.

I wasn’t sure about this but I’m so glad I made this purchase. I bought a Medium and exchanged it for a large, definitely size up as recommended. I’m 5’10 and slender but needed the large for length etc. I got the color Navy and love it. Great color and feels soft & comfy. I just received it today and can’t wait to wear it out and about. The exchange was a very easy quick process.

I love this sweatshirt

I absolutely love this sweatshirt. I am a true size medium in top and I got a medium. The fit is baggy, without looking sloppy. I wear it with my Rag and Bone Miramar jeans and look put together but so cozy and comfortable.

Love my ziggy

I wasn’t sure about the sizing but decided to order a small. I’m 5’3” 115 lbs. it fits perfect. Not tight and not oversized. The crew neck comes higher on me than most crew necks which I like. It’s a little heavier than I was expecting but it’s perfect for Minnesota. Very well made and high quality. I need more colors.

I begrudgingly admit...it's amazing

I know; it was so hard for me to justify the cost, too. But they really are all they're cracked up to be. They ARE comfortable as all get-out. They DO lay in the perfect cool-girl way with the raglan sleeve and sensational crop-to-boxiness ratio. And they WILL be something you reach for in your closet every chance you get. The outside "teddy" material makes a nice alternative to basic sweatshirts and the inside is that soft, stretchy feel that is forgiving without losing too much shape. You can dress these up and easily as you can down, and man do I want to wear them every damn day. Influencers were actually telling the truth on this one!

I'm 5'2", ~165 lbs, C/D bust, petite proportions, and am usually a Medium in tops. I ordered a Medium in the "Vintage Black" and it's *chef's kiss*. So ridiculously cute and comfortable, it's already made me give away most of my other sweatshirts. Depending on how you like your sweatshirts to fit, I'd say for those with a build similar to me the Medium is a perfect blend of loose/forgiving/comfortably fits other shirts underneath without being too baggy or blousey. However, it does stretch out a little over a day or two, so I also ordered a Small in "Sugar" to compare - and I honestly can't decide which I love more. The Small is perfect for more of a structured, "formal" (ha) look; the Medium is great for when you need a little more room to breathe (hello bloating and/or time of the month).

Honestly, you can't go wrong. 100/10, would recommend, all the stars, worth it. A quality staple. Do it, girl.

I just received my 4th and 5th Ziggy sweatshirts. I love them. I put the white one on tonight to wear out and unfortunately there is a large like off-white/I was right there faint yellow stain on the front of it. I hate to return it if I don’t have to. Should I try and wash it and see if the stain comes out or just exchange it for a new sweatshirt?

how long do I have to make my return or exchange?

we accept returns & exchanges within 45 days of the ship date on most purchases. please note, shipping fees from the original order are not refundable unless you received a damaged or incorrect item.

 

what is redo?

selecting redo unlimited returns & exchanges for $1.98 at checkout allows unlimited returns and exchanges for each order. this is a perfect way to get a discounted rate for return/exchanges in case you find your item is not quite perfect. you can unselect this service in your cart. this option can not be refunded.

 

if I don't select redo is my return or exchange free?

unfortunately we do not cover shipping for any return or exchange. typical charges we see range from $8 -$14.

 

what is returnable and what is final sale?

merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached. please include the original order packing slip in your return package, if possible. final sale items are marked “final sale” on each product page, email or checkout. final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

do you honor price adjustments for orders placed before sale?

no, we do not honor price adjustments.

 

how soon will I get my refund?

once we receive your return in our warehouse, allow 7-10 business days for the return to be processed and refunded. refunds normally take 3-5 days to post back to your account. we’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund, so you know it’s on the way.

please only send returns using our pre-paid return labels/ qr code so that we can track your stuff. as much as we’d want to, our system cannot refund a lost return that was sent using a method other than our return labels.

The jersey side uses super fine and super soft 40/1 ring spun cotton and the back fluff-almost marshmallow like is knit with 6/1 rings spun cotton-double brushed, triple washed and sprinkled w added enzyme so from the day you get your hand on it -it already feels like it’s been washed 100 times-the perfect vintage fleece-but new and made just for you.
