merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached. please includeĀ the original order packing slip in your return package, if possible.Ā final sale items are marked āfinal saleā on each product page, email or checkout. final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

how soon will I get my refund?
once we receive your return in our warehouse, allow 7-10 business days for the return to be processed and refunded. refunds normally take 3-5 days to post back to your account. weāll send you an email when our team has processed your refund, so you know itās on the way.
please only send returns using our pre-paid return labels/ qr code so that we can track your stuff. as much as weād want to, our system cannot refund a lost return that was sent using a method other than our return labels.
