how long do I have to make my return?
we accept returns & exchanges within 45 days of the ship date on all purchases. please note, shipping fees from the original order are not refundable unless you received a damaged or incorrect item.
what is returnable?
new merchandise that is unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached. please include the original order packing slip in your return package, if possible.
how soon will I get my refund?
once we receive your return in our warehouse, allow 7-10 business days for the return to be processed and refunded. refunds normally take 3-5 days to post back to your account. we’ll send you an email when our team has processed your refund, so you know it’s on the way.
please only send returns using our pre-paid return labels/ qr code so that we can track your stuff. as much as we’d want to, our system cannot refund a lost return that was sent using a method other than our return labels.
what is excluded on discounts?
as of right now, denim, accessories & stickers are excluded from all discounts.
do we offer international returns?
we currently do not offer international returns.
perfectwhitetee reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
what is redo?
selecting redo unlimited returns & exchanges at checkout allows unlimited returns and exchanges in case you find your item is not quite perfect. you can unselect this service in your cart. this option can not be refunded.
